Hey Jeremy this is Shane Wise I sent you guys an email through your sales@premiumaquatics last Thursday but I havenot recieved a reply yet so I thought I'd try here. Basically one of the black clowns I bought on that Friday I was in the shop died after six days. It formed a cotton type growth on its mouth on day two and on day four it looked as if it was shedding some sort of white layer. Day six I found it with two cleaner shrimp picking through its remains. The other one, which was the smaller one is still alive but either has a white film forming on it or has ick really bad. He is eating and acting fine despite of his apperence. I saw on your site that some of the clowns are backed by a ten day guarentee and was wondering if the dead one would be covered under that. If so it might be awhile berfore I make it back in and was wondering if you might be able to do an instore credit or something, or maybe I could use it towards one of those roses if you decide to let one go.
