Black ich?

Is this black ich? Im not sure what else it could be and am about to go buy and dose prazi into my reef. She is breathing very rapidly also but still eating. She has a bit of a cloudy eye as well. Can anyone confirm my diagnosis?

Hard to tell from the pic but that's what it sounds like. Feed less and do a couple water changes, black ich is almost entirely cause by poor water quality

"Black ich" is caused by turbellarian flatworms. If that's what this is, Prazipro should take care of it. Hard to tell from the pic if this is indeed black ich, though. How long have you had this fish and was it quarantined?

Have you looked into hyper melanization? What is the clownfish hosting right now (if anything)?
