Black Ocellaris fin rot or getting beaten up

Started to notice my female black ocellaris had some fin deterioration on her tail fin ever since I added my midas blenny. It's been about two weeks and now she has a hole in her right fin. She also isn't the deep black she used to be, and it almost seems like she's getting paler. I tried to get some clear pictures so here's what I have.

In terms of tank parameters, it's a 40 breeder with a 20 gallon sump. (approx 80lbs of live rock)
Ammonia = 0
Nitrite = 0
Nitrate = 0
Ph = 8.2
Phosphate = 0
Calcium = 440

All my other fish look fine, even the male clown. I have a 10 gallon tank with heater, hob filter, and small powerhead getting set up now (waiting for water to warm up and SG to settle), so I guess I'm looking for opinions on whether I should medicate or just monitor in the 10 gallon. Fish seems to be eating fine too. Eats everything from mysis to brine to flake to nutrimar for my dragonet.

Looks like something whacked it pretty good. Can't quite tell from the pics but is there any white slim or infectious looking coating around the damage?

It almost seems as if there's a white slime on portions of the fish. I don't wanna say it looks like velvet but there is definitely a loss of color on the fish with a white tinge to it. I just don't understand how in a matter of 9 hours of being at work the fish goes from just having roughed up tail fin to a hole in her right fin from something like fin rot. Whenever I monitor my tank my midas blenny is the only thing kind of seems like the aggressor but never bothers the clowns.

I would pull her out an medicate myself. If she's eating that's a good sign, white slime is never good and sounds like you can pull her out and put her in a 10 gallon so I would just for quarantine purposes. I always had good luck with tea tree oil. I don't like copper based meds but some people swear by them.

Ive never been afraid of using copper based meds. When I quarantined my fish I keep them in quarantine with copper for 6 weeks and do a 25-50 percent partial every other day to every 3 days (I want 0 ammonia at all times). Just wasn't sure what to medicate with something like fin rot if that's what it is. I was thinking SW maracyn or Erethromyacin, or just keeping the tank medication free and just monitor it.

I do know Melafix doesn't hurt anything and it certainly has given me the results I was looking for in aiding an open wound or infection in my fish. Def don't want it in the dt it'll make your skimmer go nuts.

I'm not that well versed on my fish meds but from what I know if there's white slime it sounds bacterial to me.

Yeah I don't know my fish meds all too well, but I just don't know if the "white-ness" Is a secondary factor to just being stressed from getting nipped. I'm just unsure because it doesn't necessarily look bad, but it's not normal.

Little update. Clown is in quarantine. I'm just unsure what to treat it with. I was thinking maybe Instant Oceans marine Lifeguard just as a general treatment. I'm lost really. Here's a little bit clearer pictures.
