Black spots on my fish

I have recently noticed a few small black spots on my clownfish. Each spot is about the size of the tip of a needle. Although these spots are small, they are noticeable. My clownfish hasn't been acting funny or anything. He still eats fine but I'm just worried and hoping if these spots are the symptoms of some sickness I can cure it by catching it early.

Not discounting the potential for a parasite to be present but considering these are clownfish there is a good possibility that these are simply coral stings. Are the clowns hovering in or around any corals? Euphyllia and other fleshy LPS which may be hosting the clowns and even soft corals like palys will leave a mark.

There is some Aiptasia and a few Red Mushrooms but thats all for now. I had a sea urchin a while back(about 2 months ago) but he died. Do you think these black spots may be stings from the sea urchin?

Both aptasia and shrooms are capable of leaving marks. Are the fish eating and otherwise healthy (eating well, no rapid breathing, etc)?

She seems to be eating fine and she swims calmly most of the time so I'm guessing she is feeling okay.
