Black Tang in a 75

It was for the OP as well. But honestly I don't even know why I bother. These threads NEVER end with anyone saying, "Gosh, you know, I should probably get the big tank first, then the fish"...

Just a waste of keystrokes on my part....

soo true.

after having a Black Tang for over 12 years I think I know a thing or two about them. The current one has been with me for 2 years. And yes I would have rather had a large tank running when I found the small one, I also haven't seen them that small in over 7 years. I knew the upgrades would be needed but I also knew they were coming anyways and I couldn't pass up on the quarter sized tang. A 65 is plenty for a quarter to 2" tang as a temporary home. I guess you can also say I am not a noob and I know what I was doing at the purchase time and had the foresight to be prepared.
