Black worm with tan like spots...

I saw a black worm with tan like spots today in a nano I'm settng up (live rock from my main tank). Never seen one of these worms before but its black and has a bunch of tan like spots.... definately not a bristle worm!

Anyone have an idea of what it is called and what news this brings to me?

A pic would help out a lot. It might sound like a peanut worm.

Tried to get a pic , but it came out very blurry and the worm went back in its hole after the flash

I've seen like a green bristleworm before...that was freaky..*shivers*
