Get it under the light, but on the bottom of the tank. It should do fine if your tank conditions are right...

I had it out in the light on the bottom and the guy who I got it from told me to put it in the shade! My conditions are fine -- as far as I know -- haven't measured in a week. My elegane is happy -- and that's my canary coral! It's not in the dark -- just shaded by a gorg sea fan...

I've had these guys since last summer - huge inflation!!

thats one nice pico....are they small enough to put true percs in?

Too small for a perc, mine has a gang of invertabrates though - 2 varieties of porcelain crab, a emerald crab and skunk cleaner shrimp. Plenty of interesting things to look at with them.
