i see all these posts where i see the anemones are bleached to the point where they are they look as white as my bed sheets. i was wondering how long it takes a anemone to get to that point. i know whatever anemones do takes a while so is it just bad care?

hard to say as there are so many things that can go wrong from collection site to our tanks...

i hope people don't take this thread personally. i just want to know how long it takes for an anemone to get to the point where it's bleach white

Acclimation?

I have seen BTAs bleach almost overnight. It is a stress response. It is not uncommon for BTAs to bleach after/during a split.
