Bleached Birds Nest

i have a pink birds nest that recentally bleached will it come back or is it a loss at this point?

bleach could be due to many things, any new changes ? replacement of bulbs ? temp swing ? or nutrition lowering ?

added to much magnesium which i think is the problem, iam doing a 20g water change hopefully the tank will stabalize ive had this coral since it was a frag i'd hate to lose it.

if you used Tech M, then the metals which it contains (the impurity) could have caused it ! they are known to kill snails and such, as well as bioprocic (sp ? ) algea.

|I like to make my own solution out of pure material, cause of this, and I use ratio of 9:1, something tech M doesnt !

big water changes, skimming wet, and carbon should solve it though.

I have had and seen elevated MG and no Ill effects, so that's why I guess its the impurities.
