Bleached GBTA question

I bought a bleached GBTA about 3 months ago, and have been nurturing it back to health since. I feed it half a silverside every other day, which it always takes right away. It has good inflation under actinics and at night, deflates a little under daylights. My question is when should I see it color up more? It has slowly gained some color back, but I'm not sure it is enoughfo r the time period. My tank params are:
SG 1.023
Amm/Nitrite/Phos 0
Nitrate ~5ppm
Cal 420
Alk 9.5 dKH

well...
i bought a brown bta that was bleached from another reefer here. Have been nursing it back for 2 months. It's changed (omg) from brown to GBTA w/ pink tips [wow]. I feed it shrimp, silversides, etc. It's pretty green now, [but recently it bleached a little bit and i cant c the pink tips as well]. What kind of lights do you have? How high up in the tank is it? [just IMHO i'd raise salinity, i like it @ 1.025-6]. Do you have large clowns harassing it?

I have it under 260w PC lighting. It has settled itself a little lower than halfway up the tank. It moved there from the day I put it in the tank, and apparently is happy enough to not have moved at all. I only have a medium sized ocellaris in the tank, but she doesn't even go near the anemone. I just rechecked my salinity, and it is actually at 1.024.
