bleaching out RTA

Help, my RTA has been getting whiter and whiter. The walls look very thin , but still looks pretty healthy otherwise. I have the split of it in my otehr tank at home and it just split again and doing well. Is there something that I am doing wrong or an additive that I need to be looking into. The tank it is in is a 55g with about 160w total.
Any suggestions to look at is apprecaited.

Mine will regain their color if I feed them. For me, alll measurable water parameters being the same, feeding works wonders.

need your water parameters and specific lighting scheme, as well what you feed and other additives you currently use.

Once you give us that im sure a lot more people will be able to more easily find your problem.

you could try feeding every 3 days

Yep, water parameters needed. I definitely wouldn't assume feeding will fix the problem, providing as much info as possible might help though.
