I recently purchased an awesome, fat, starry blenny.
He seems perfectly fine, but he seems to be missing some type of fin (apologies for not knowing the correct terminology)
below his "chin", he has a single long thin fin that he uses to prop himself up when he perches on rocks, sand, etc.
it appears that, next to that "fin" there is a nub -
so it seems like he had 2 of them and now there's only the one (which he seems to be fine with)-
my only question is, if he lost this "fin" will it grow back?
