Blenny question

Can you add a blenny for example from the meiacanthus family and another from the ecsenius family?

I wouldn't add say a yellow canary blenny and a green canary blenny.

Is it like Tangs where if you add say 2 tangs from different families, there's typically not a problem?

The tank in question is a 5' 120g.

I think you will be ok. I have a Lawnmower, Midas, and White Smith's blennies. No interaction between the 3. They get into shoveling matched with other fish.
