Blenny swimming slanted?

I have had a bicolored blenny for about 1 week in my qt. I have slowly been bringing the slainity up to equal my tank, but never more than like 0.001 at any given time. The Seachem ammonia disc reads as safe. The fish has also been eating some, but not great. I noticed tonight that he is swimming around the tank slanted to one side like 50% of the time, and also seems slightly pale tonight. Granted I have been keeping him without a light for the most part. The fish seems to move fine just tilted off and on as he swims right next to the glass. Is this anything to worry about?

Sorry if this is a stupid inexperinced person's question.
