Bloated clown

Was feeding my LPS some brine shrimp this evening and noticed as my clown was picking off the access that she looked very bloated. She is still very active and the 6 line and orchid dotty back are perfectly fine. Any ideas or recommendations would be greatly appreciated. All water parameters are normal. If I need to set up a hospital tank I can do it within a few min as I have 2 10g sitting in my basement.

Looks fine to me. Mine looks the same when she over eats.

I recommend trying to keep a close eye on it and see if it poops or if it does, the color of it. Could possibly be a some type of worm or internal infection.

That's usually how females look right before they spawn.
Though for a single or small clownfish it is likely overeating.
