Bloated picasso clown

The picasso I got a few weeks ago is very bloated, beach ball like, and floating on the surface the majority of the time. It has gotten worse the last few days. I have no idea what to do. Will post picture in the next few minutes. Having trouble breathing. Please please help ASAP!!

Appears to be an infection, more than likely a bacterial one. Do you have antibiotics on hand?

I can get whatever I need to get. I really think it's air to be honest. He can't seem to swim down and then just balloons back up to the top. There are no lesions on his body at all

Do you feed him a lot dry food, flakes or pellets? That can result fish taking in air.

I have actually been out of flake food, just got some yesterday. When I looked at him a minute ago he did t seem bloated hardly at all. I'm hoping it's the food. He was used to getting some flake food so when I went over to the tank he just swims at the top gasping, probably just
Trying to get food. Maybe that was it. I haven't fed them yet today, so I will see what happens after I feed them

I think it is the food.
Especially tank raised fish have learned to eat and swallow fast (or they don't get much) and often don't take the time to separate the air from the food.
