My sailfin tang has become bloated below its lateral line. He is quite distended around his gut. It started about 3 days ago, and he has increased in girth since then. I have stopped feeding the tank, as he still has a robust appetite. All other fish in the tank are fine, and the bloated one has no other symptoms, other than being a little lethargic.
I'm assuming that he either has a blockage or a parasitic infection. A parasitic infection might be unusuall though, as nothing has been added to the tank since the start of may, and the fish were treated with rally and kick ick as a precautiion.
Any tips for diagnosis? Could it just be a blockage?
