blockage problem

so i purchased a banded moray a week ago and he wasnt eating. Then a couple days ago i noticed that he had a lump right in front of where his intestine is. Is something blocking his intestine? is there anything i cud do to help him pass it through? and now he seems to have an open sore near his anus and has stringy pooop coming out. I did some research and the sore seems to be bacterial. Would i use maracyrn in a hospital tank? tank parameters are ammonia 0 nitrites 0 nitrates 10

Is this one eye or both?

If it's both eyes, it's probably something bacterial.

If it's affecting just one eye; then odds are it's due to injury.
