Blue Chin Trigger looks like he has been punched in the mouth!

I have a Blue chin trigger that looks like he got punched in the mouth. The right side of his mouth is swollen. I will try to take a picture.

Tank params are good. Any ideas?

Xanthichthys triggers can develop masses around their mouths. It's unclear whether it is a cancerous type growth, inflammatory, or an infection. Some people have successfully aspirated them, but they tend to come back. One person here (I don't remember who off the top of my had) successfully treated with an amikacin injection.

Crosshatch triggers are the most prone to it, but I've seen in in bluejaws also.
