blue cove polyps

Fraging tools are the only known natural enemy of such coral......LOL But seriously, just cut or scrape them back and at worst, trade out the affected rock with other reefers or your local fish store. Craigslist works well for selling corals as well. I've sold many on there.

A beautiful plague! I figure around larger soft corals and lps they would be ok...fill in without covering over like gsp will. Anyway, I plan to get some when my tank is ready. :)

NYRC president Dr Harry has them all over his 210 and it looks great. They are not invasive so they don't take over other corals and give the softie look that coralline cannot.

They grow quickly; in some tanks they are invasive. Particularly bothersome when they invade zoanthidae colonies, ime.

they are invasive, I started out w a 1" patch in my 180, 1yr later they were all over the place, worse part they were invading my zoa collection, overrunning them and chocking them out. Found that fluke tabs work to kill them, down side it kills leathers, gsp, zenia as well. good luck finding them, no one makes them anymore in the us and canada.
