Blue Damsel pairing

Anybody know how possible and the best way to pair Chrysiptera cyanea together? I'd like to possibly pair two of them together for a 12, but considering how territorial they are, I didn't know if this was possible for such small tank dimensions. I'm just still considering what to do with my nano. I'm still thinking of making it a mantis tank, but I just love the electric blue of this fish so much. If not pairing two together, what about the compatiblity of a damsel with a mantis? Thanks to anyone for their input

Have you tried finding female and male and introducing them at the same time?

Well I haven't tried it yet, just asking if that's how you would go about it, or even possible in such a small tank. I don't want to add any aggressive fish to my 65 and I haven't set up my 12g yet because I plan on building a foam wall.
