Blue devil damsel and sea cucumber question

Why after acclimation process as soon as the tiger tail cucumber was introduced did the BDD immediately wipe his tall on him several times? Haven't seen the sea cucumber since. I'm sure it's hiding but still seemed weird.

Also I have been told to get rid of him, but have yet to see any behaviour that warrants eviction lol

the cukes are fine. The cuke nuke is over-rated. I had a sea apple once that was wasting away and it never once nuked anything.

dont listen to the haters. hes fine.

and damsels are satan with fins.

That is a territorial behavior. Mine would do that to my emerald crab for a short period. I never saw anything beyond that with the crab but I did eventually get rid of the blue devil after he started attacking a flasher wrasse.
