Blue eye kole tang with HLLE

So my new kole tang, 1 week in my DT, seems to have devolved the beginning stages of HLLE. None of my other fish show any symptoms beside my newest addition the kole tang. He eats Nori and naturally grazes and also sometimes pick at mysis. I feed the tank Nori, mysis shrimp, tetra min tropical fish food, I am planning on switching this to nls pellets? Any other suggestion for flake or pellet food? I run no carbon, beside so can cross that out unless if carbon dosing as the same effects as carbon when causing HLLE. I plan on switching to a better dry food and picking up some seal on to dip the Nori and frozen food in. Should this fix help it? So any way what are your suggestions? Any idea how he got it? I don't believe he had it at the store l and even if he did seems to be expanding in my tank.

Thanks any help very much appreciated.

Can you post a picture of him? Let’s make sure it’s HLLE. Have you ever checked for stray voltage?

Ok will post a picture I have not tested for voltage but no other fish show symptoms. Thanks

Are there any updates to this post? I was wondering what happened to your Tang. I am also finding myself in the same predicament with my tomini tang although I am not totally positive mine has hlle yet and not ich. I have started feeding my tang with garlic nori and I just ordered selcon to soak food with and increased his veggie intake with frozen food.

Ok sorry for not updating, I don't believe it is flukes, I think the things you are referring to are just salt creep on the glass and this looks like HLLE tge skin is almost fading I guess? not a parasite kind of look thought, sorry for bad pictures. I started to feed selcon on his seaweed and mysis shrimp and it has stopped expanding and seems to be getting better so I believe it was just HLLE. About the electrical current my tank is not grounded but if it was electrical currents wouldn't other fish show symptoms? And Is already clearing up with selcon anyway so I don't believe that is the issue. Thanks for the help I can get better pictures of it now to show how it has changed. Thanks again.
