Blue faced angel with white patches. Pls help!

Hey everyone I have my blue faced angel with some patchy white spots all over its body and now on both sides of his face. Initially he had some fin erosion and I thought some vita chem and selcon-soaked food would help, but now over night he has developed these white patches. When searching I heard that angels have these as a stress response and improve after a while. But to me this doesn't look good. I suspected HLLE but I want to post here and see what you guys think:

Background on tank:

110 gallon up and established for 1 year
BRS carbon reactor
NH3 - 0.0 ppm
Nitrite - 0.0 ppm
Salinity - 1.024
Temp - 82 F
1 year residents - domino damsel, velvet damsel, engineer goby
Angel along with maroon clown and gold spot rabbit QTd 9 weeks observation only, no meds.

There's no bullying surprisingly; every other fish's fins are intact, no white spots on other fish. Angel eats a ton of nls, doesn't appear stressed. And has been in the tank 3 weeks already.

Please help. Thanks!

I'd first treat the tank with prazi pro for flukes to see if it clears up, the white spots on the body appear to be flukes or bad abrasions. Could be HLLE on the face area, remove the carbon.

Thanks so much for the fast response. I will do this starting tonite

Last question, will prazi affect my hermit crabs?
