To make such broad based and potentially damaging statement like that instantly devalues any opinion you may provide, in my view.

I was in the neighborhood last weekend and stopped in the store for the first time. The vast majority of the fish looked healthy to me and they had a great 400 gallon display tank up an running. I look forward to seeing their sps frag tank in full swing.

Ditto, keep up the good work Ryan! I think he's a great guy with valuable advise which most stores don't provide!

You over stressed the fish and who knows what else...only way to kill ich is via medication that destroys their immune system and in a LFS setting would make them even sicker or they are in a hypo tank for 4 weeks...it is up to the keeper to be responsible and quarentine and treat for any diseases...I have two fish that are doing great from there, I did have an ich battle but that was introduced in my tank from another LFS unknowingly. His corals are good and the service is excellent...don't think so?...check out some of the other lfs specialty stores and see what the quality is like there....ryan and his staff are extremely knolwedgable and make sure to notify you of any potential dangers even though knowing me they still warned me to not buy a fish unless I had a screened top because its a jumper.

PLEASE READ PLEASE READ PLEASE READ....thats exately why all my fish i bought from him died 19 fish. so heres how the storey began he set up a 90g tank for me then around day 4 told me that it was good to add fish. so i added like 5 fish and he sed nothing would die and all his fish are healthy. then all of them died. so he said to buy a uv sterilizer so i did and i could of bought it online 50 dollars cheaper brand new. then he said the uv would kill all the ich in one week.then i went back and bought more fish around 10 or so. all of them caught ich and died so i come back and he tells me (keep in mind this is word for word) ''ill gie you a flame angel and a cleaner wrasse and we are even''. it was rediculous any way i took it and they die from ich and all their corals are over priced. so thats that now you know why i dont like the store and we thought he was nice in all just like you guys
knowledge is power with reef keeping. do your research before any purchase let alone 10 at a time.. Blue fish is a quality LFS and has healthy livestock and great customer service!

I have visited BFA and will return.

They set me up with my clean up crew and I bought my Green Chromis from them. They were helpful and patient, getting the exact snails I wanted. It's a lot closer going there, than going to Vermillion or Akron, for me.

I spoke with them today and are going to order a Serpent Star for me. Always helpful and there are no signs of Ich, on any of my fish.

Would love to see them expand even more. Would be "THE" place to go.

I will certainly return!

Ich can come on any fish from any LFS. Some are more susceptible than others. Research and good quarantine measures will prevent it from ever entering your DT. Can't hardly blame the store for your own personal lack of knowledge.

Smh, one the most ignorant statements I have ever heard....blue fish is awesome, I was goin to buy from Ryan when he was still in the basement of the day care. I couldn't be happier for him to get his store finally he deserves it.
