not too hard to make em, just use some blue and some uv leds, swap em out on an existing flashlight. Of course some soldering skill is required, but its not too hard. Otherwise check your LFS and then online.
I was given an Orphek led flashlight as a Christmas present. Kind of pricey I believe but its a really nice light. It has adjustable optics that focus the light from a wide angle down to a narrow beam and it has really good penetration. I actually use it all the time.
