Blue Regal with Ich?

This isn't my fish but this is what it looks like. Ich? Rock Scrapes? Or bites? Under both eyes.

Thoughts?

Kinda good. At least the tank isn't affected if that's the case. I'm not familiar with ich in the sense that I've never had it in the tank.

Maybe HLLE? Or hole in the head?

I would say hlle. Also suffering from severe malnutrition, and is underfed. Start power feeding mysis ASAP.

That one isn't mine (a pic from the Internet) but the white under the eyes is exactly what mine looks like.

How did you determine the malnutrition? I noticed the stomach in the pic was indented but it seems to look a lot like that in most of the pics I find of regals.

It may not manifest in the classic pix, until it's quite bad. Get a bottle of Selcon, soak the food in it, even put it in the water if it rejects the food. I've seen it work wonders with a purple with problems. It must have green in its diet, lacking that, it develops deficiencies. Try feeding Frozen Formula 2 green cubes with squid if it rejects Nori.

HLLE, very gaunt, muscle atrophy, etc. It's not getting enough to eat and isn't getting the right foods. Regals are plankton eaters. That's why I suggested mysis. It's a great source of HUFAs and protein. Nori and formula foods, are good too, as suggested.

A healthy regal is quite thick.
