Blue star leopard wrasse has bristles on her body?

So this morning I noticed my blue star leopard wrasse has like clear bristles on the side of her face and along her top fin. They're about 2-3 mm long. (I would take a picture but she moves too fast). She's acting fine. She's in a 125 gal sps tank. No urchins.

All I can think of is a bristle worm. Is that even possible?

Thanks guys for the replies.

Hopefully the bristles fall out soon. I've never seen a wrasse with bristles on them.

Yes she have a tangle with bristle worm(s). She will be fine. The fall off after a day or two.
My Female clowns often have this on her face trying to chase Bristle worms from her anemone.
