Blue Star Polyp ABC Frag Swap

I am looking for the guy that sold me the blue star polyp frag at the ABC frag swap. I loved that piece and my Algae Blennie ate it! I want another please. Or if anyone else has any and lives near Syracuse or south of there please let me know.

It was on a flat disc about an inch in diameter. Dave will give ya a call later!

Can't remember, we looked at so many frag tanks. In any case do you have any more? I have no blue colors in my tank and that frag was growing well. It had encrusted on the disc and was getting ready to spread. I think there was only one
tank with that particular coral so it probably was you

If this is what you're looking for and you haven't already worked something out with someone else in this thread, I have a piece on a plug. We need to plan a time to swap the other frags we've been talking about anyways!

There's a similar coral, blue clove polyps, Clavularia sp. that I would suggest staying away from since it can spread invasively to the point of becoming a pest.

This is an old thread resurrected! Actually I ended up with a blue snowflake back in December I think, from Adam in the STRC. It's not the exact same thing but it works. I don't think it was a blue sympodium, iamwrasseman, based on the photos I just looked at but I do think it was blue clove polyps, der wille. I knew about the spreading but they kept to their own rock back then.
Yep der_wille we have to get together. Maybe you can combine the trek with your syrup run. Just drop me a PM when you are ready!
