Blue tang both eyes poping out

I just got this bkue tang and put him in hypo and im noticing after 24 hours his eyes are both poped out.


Any idea what that is ??

Should i put him in another tabk and raise the salinity with antibiotics ?

God this is so frustrating !!!!!! Makes it even worse when people in the pet store are like oh no i buy fish plop em in.. never have deaths or ich ect.... And here i am barely a year in and i constantly get it..

And now i have a 75$ tang eith pop eye. And my yellow tang is showing spotd in HYPO at 1.09 and copper at .4 lol

What in the hell man..

Assuming it is ich though... and hes not looking good being in hypo for 6 7 weeks... I need to stop the treatment i think... Im draining 50% of my water and im going to take the cupramine out and slowrly raise salinity.. i hope i dont regret this.

Hypo for 4 week and copper for 9 days.
