Blue tang with ich and ?

Treating this guy for ich but also seeing some large white blemishes on him. Pics are bad, but any ideas? Treating with cupramine and gave another dose of prazipro.

Fish eating? You are doing my procedure. 21 days of cupramine and 2 doses of prazi 7 days apart. How long has he been in copper?

He's been in copper at full dose a little over a day. Started on Sunday.

Seems to have lost his appetite. I just ordered some Chloroquine Phosphate and wondering if I should ditch copper and go that route. He's with a few other tankmates in a 60 gallon QT since my tank is fallow.

I wouldn't jerk him around any more. One day in copper is not long enough to see any kind of improvement. Hang in there and report back. Make sure the copper is at .5.

Thanks for the advice. I'll keep it up, the ich seems to be off him for now and the sailfin. Just the blue with the weird blotches.

Was worried about that. He's hanging in there so far, looking better each day. Hope I caught it early enough and he gets to eating.

That dosent look like ich or velvet (there are not little spots). Looks more like a fungal or bacterial disease that is affecting the skin.

You could try something like furan 2. But Im not an expert. Maybe someone with some more experience can tell you if its in fact velvet or not.

Yeah seems like it's fungal and ich/velvet. Pics are bad and don't really show the specs clearly. I'm leaning towards velvet bc I lost a few fish pretty rapidly. Although some hung on for a few days so hard to tell.

Can I mix any anti-fungal with cupramine?
