Blue throat trigger

I have a question about your Sohal if its mean to your other fish cause I have a 6" one and he picks on my blue jaw (throat) trigger alot

my parents have a blue throat in their 92 gallon reef and it doesnt seem to bother anything other than shrimp.... but every fish is different

yeah phoenix i have personally watched them eat a couple cleaner shrimp so be careful about adding any shrimp to the tank

I've a M & F both 3" and gets along everyone in the tank fine. Haven't seen them pick on anything.

That's not good...I've 3 lg cleaner shrimps and 3 lg fire shrimps (lately I only see 2 of the 3) in the tank.
Here is a great article on the X triggers. Many people report them being 100% coral and invert safe. Some have had issues with them eating fish and a shrimp here and there. They are probably more reef/inverty safe than large tangs and angels (which will eat shrimp when they get big enough).

this is my female about a year and a half ago in my reef with 2 cleaner shrimp ans assorted snails and hermits and no problems. i think the trick is to have the shrimp in first and the have to be on the large side i have 2 large cleaners a skunk and a blood shrimp.sorry about the pic quality

lol i didnt notice but you can see the blood shrimp on the right side
