Bluespotted Watchman Goby

So i have had this fish for about 3 months now. The first month it was pretty cool and it and its pistol shrimp buddy would show themselves fairly often and when i fed it would come out and pick off things close to it.

Month 2 i thought it was dead. I hadnt seen it the entire time and then while i was moving around some rock i found what i thought was my dead Goby. I went to pick him up and he swam off.

Month 3 the only time i ever see him is if i shine a light into the burrow him and the shrimp have made. He never sticks his head out or comes out. The shrimp will come out the the entrance of the hole sometimes but not often.

My question is has anyone else seen this behavior out of these fish? Cause he is pretty boring and it's like he isnt even in the tank. It's a 60 cube with a Oce Clown pair, Yellow "coris" Wrasse and a Coral Beauty Dwarf Angel. CUC has hermits maybe they dont like those. Also got a skunk cleaner shrimp and a peppermint shrimp but its in the refug. It worked its way down there and i havent been able to catch him to put him back up top. Seems happy enough tho.

my pink spotted would only come out a few times a week to eat. he started coming out less and less and then he would go a week without coming out. when he finally came out again he was rail thin and died. the pistol died shortly after. i think it was cause i started feeding him less. cause he would just eat and eat so much. i thought he was being fed too much. i guess they need to eat that much though. he was adult size.

Ya, im not sure if he is getting any food. He is still alive i know that. I see the shrimp grabbing random pieces of food so idk if he is bringing food back for the Goby or not. He might scavenge a bit at night but i havent seen it.
