Bongo Shrimp

I saw a pair of these on divers den for $130, and really wanted them, but that's too much money for me. There is another pair up for the same price, and I probably won't get them, but I would just like to know what care needs they need, for future reference.

It says they eat asterina and micro brittle stars. Is this all they will eat? Will they accept chocolate chip stars? I'm guessing not since they are really small.
