Borbonius anthias face down in corner

So I've been observing a tank of these at my LFS for over two months and finally pulled the trigger on two of them that were swimming and acting normal. They were pigs in QT the first week, eating a ton multiple times a day. Now the bigger one with deeper color has been face down in the corner and will barely move for feedings. Been a few days now. Didn't observe any swim bladder issues at the LFS or in first week in QT...
Any ideas?

Is that like in the corner? I though they sleep like that as my other anthias does something like that

Ya that's the corner. I hope that's all it is but first week he was VERY aggressive eating. Now he's letting the smaller one get first dibs and just eating whatever floats over there and only a piece or two.

Cheapie 13g led light on top. Little light that came with the tank. I barely ran it
He's still not eating and when I first got him I was amazed with how much he would eat. My smaller borbie seems to be eating just fine but a little pale
