Bought new led light fixture from China.

The lights are about 15-16 inches from the water surface.
The blues, rb and uv are at 95% and whites at 75% mainly for pleasing my view.

Lights go on at 8am and ramp up to 95% by 12 PM and stay on utill 10pm, then down to 1% by 11pm, then Off.

Beautiful corals Ricky ...can you name a couple in your last pic.
Is that a Setosa the bright red lower right? and the bright green in the center a Digi of some sort?? Thanks in advance.---Rick

Here is my layout I am going to purchase S400. 60 lenses on all LED's except Green and Red will be 120 degree lenses. Tank is 29" deep and going to hang 8 to 12" above water. 72" long tank and light is 60" long. Any thoughts or concerns before I pull trigger? Thanks!

Looks good. You have the uv and rb backwards but we know what you mean. I didn't know they started offering 14K whites, let me know how you like them. I cannot comment on the green and red diodes since my units don't have them and I have never used them.

I wanted more UV's so I switched them per the diagram. I'll have 4 UV's, 6 Royal Blue and 6 Blue

Yes they have 14K white available now.....since my MH's are 14K I thought I would add 2 in place of the 12K

Seems like most include green and red....so I did too but with 120 lenses for these 2 colors only to disperse them more to avoid disco light effect. I am ordering replacement LED's and lenses in case I want to switch things down the road.

They are out of the silver colored lights....I have to wait 2 weeks for them to be able to make it in silver....they only have black in stock right now.

Do you know if they are still selling the old models? I would like to add 1 more fixture to blast my corals! If not, I'm going to have to sell these and get the new ones, but I'm trying to save some doh.

I don't know. Sounds to me like they make them to order. I was able to customize the layout of the LED's and the lenses.

I would contact Kevin at LED Zeal and ask....he's been very helpful and attentive.

I think they are - or you could see if they will sell you an upgrade board for your existing and you can control both lights directly from the app.

They will ship standard layouts from stock, but any customised layout or spectrum and they will obviously build it. Mine was built, shipped and on my doorstep in the UK in under 6 days from order.

Here's a little sneak peek at something I've been wanting to do for awhile I really like the coloration and everything that I have with my LEDZeal Malibu S400. but coming from T5 I miss a little bit of the coloration I used to get with ATI bulbs so I have acquired an LEt miro t5 kit 60 inch 2 bulb and made some adjustments to it.
I like how my light floats above my tank and didn't want to lose that to a canopy so I rigged up some L Channel aluminum to hold the t5 end caps and mount it right to the light itself with some paint and some patience I like how it came out hopefully I'll have it wired up and fired up this weekend

I've purchased gillguy's tank and I'm actually pretty unhappy about the lighting spread with this s300.

What settings are you guys running?

Spread is more to do with height of the light and angle of the lenses. How high are you mounting the light and do you know the angle of the lenses? LED's are much more point originating lighting sources than T5's

Done deal all wired up and light lowered all i have to do is adjust my colors to my t5 to get the right look for my eyes and call it good it really brightened things up so far

What are your tank dimensions BIGCYCS805?

Is anyone using the sliding rail mounting systems on their tank? I'm thinking about mounting mine in this way to get it off of the cross braces and give better access. (it's in an oak hood).

Hello all, for those that are still unsure that these lights work, here is my tank with corals grown from frags under LEDZEAL ligths only.

Nice tank! What kind of filter did you use for the pic? I use a piece of my Daughters old sippy cup LOL!

Its a 60"×18"×25" 12o gallon. im rockin a ledzeal s400 now with the let miro 4 2×80w 60" t5 one blue+ & one coral plus. The t5 really brightens things up and adds almost 200 par i picked up my local club par meter and will test numbers with and with out t5 i just took a quick test once i fired it up and had to lower the led intensity .

Interesting. With my lights so close to the water due to the lid, I'm struggling for coverage at the edges.

I'm looking at mounting to the underside of the lid (gaining additional 50mm distance to the water) and adding some shims to the lid to raise it (gaining 25mm extra distance).

Else I will potentially be looking to add either another LEDZeal unit (to run one in front of the other) or adding the T5's in a similar arrangement to you.
