Brand new Tunze 6065 Noisy

So I just got a couple new tunze 6065 pumps, they are extremely noisy out of the box. I know there was another thread on this last year or so, however was unable to find this evening.
What I am wondering is if there are any distinguishable marks for identification on the impellers? Reason for asking is the other thread suggested to check if the shaft seemed straight. So I looked, once they were opened up however one of the impeller magnets is marked with a 6 the other is marked with a seven. Also the back end of the grey magnet parts both show signs of wear where the shaft goes into the impeller, the fit there seems to be sloppy due to this wear. Is this normal looking out of the box? There also appear to be what look like some kind of tool marks on either side of the top of the grey magnet impeller piece? Looking for some feed back. Thanks

If the noise follows the drive units, it has to be a blemish to the drive unit, a bowed shaft being the most likely culprit as the small casting marks are inconsequential and common. Both motors are made the 35th week of 2011, everything with the drive units appears normal, the marks in the center hole are consistent with the reaming tool that is used to fit shafts, the parts can vary by up to .02mm + or - (shaft and hole in the magnet) and if the fit is tight it is hand reamed when they are assembled and this shouldn't result in much noise unless some air is trapped in the pump. My best guess is a shaft is bent and your dealer should be able to get it replaced under warranty. The numbers on the shaft are inconsequential, the machine injection molds the plastic to the magnet cores 10-12 at a time and they are numbered so if an issue occurs the individual mold can be checked.
