Breathable fish bags

anyone have any experience with these

I'm picking up a few fish from a local reefer about 90 minutes away or so on Saturday. I plan on using these bags. They tell you to fill them up all the way with water.

So anyone with any experience with this? Does it make sense? Thoughts?

I am over 2 hours from my Lfs, no special bags, no issue.

I'm worried less about that aspect as I do following the instructions which tell me to fill the bag to the top because the bag will provide oxygen exchange. If no one has experience with this I'll leave room in the bag as you typically would.
