Breeding Manderins.

Anyone have any experience/luck breeding Maderin Draggonetts (Synchiropus splendidus). I want to start a nice grassbed lagoon with plenty of micro inverts, some rock structure, maybe some Pocilliapora and LPS as a breeding habitat as it will provide ample and varied food sources, from worms to pods for the pair. I hear if they are happy its not hard to get them to spawn its hard raising them past two weeks. Brainstorms are helpful at this time.

i believe only one person has been able to successfully raise them without the addition of wild plankton. he basically took the newly hatched fry and placed them in a pod culture and forgot about them. to his surprise some made it post meta and beyond. its on mofib.
