Breeding mantis food?

Have never tried to breed any aquarium life, just humans.

Is there anything practical to breed in a small tank for live mantis food?

What live food do you give?
Figure once a week want to feed live food

As for live foods, I just got mine not too long ago, but I've fed her hermit crabs and fiddler crabs. As far as frozen, I fed her silversides soaked in Selcon
