The Brevard Area Reef Society is having a meeting hosted by an Orlando LFS on the 22nd of September (a week before ours) . They have extended a welcome mat and invited ORCA members to come have a little meet and greet with some of their members. It will be from 6pm-10pm and will feature a Bar-b-que.
I was wondering if anyone else was interested in attending. The store will be offering a 20% discount on purchases during the meeting. I don't have any other details about the meeting, but I'll post them after I talk with the people at BARS.
I was just curious how many of our members would be interested in attending another clubs meeting and seeing how they do things. If there are a lot of people interested, maybe we should bring some extra food and drinks.
It wouldn't cost our members anything, and I thought it was a pretty neat opportunity.
