Brief Tank Update and my new best friend!

Well I figured I would do an update on my Solana 34 system. I have a wood trim kit and a Tunze 2009 protein skimmer coming in next week. So here is a brief update, a FTS and some corals I love.

So I have been interested in a specific fish for at least a year now and have been reading and reading about it. Never thought of actually getting it. Well....I saw this one and had to have it. I had it on hold for me for a week to make sure it was doing well. Colors are great and it's eating ghost shrimp well. Soooooooo, I decided to take the plunge and buy myself one. I have never seen this coloration on this species and I expect it to color up more! So, here ya'll go. My new brilliant absolutely stunning Rhinopias!

Thanks. Currently he eats Ghost Shrimp. I plan on slowly getting him to eat silversides/clams/raw shrimp. I got him from Ack's Exotic Pets in Cicero. Karl is a great guy and has some neat things there. He is in a 20L and that's pretty much all they need. They don't move much. There is an Aquaclear 70 on it with loose rubble in the compartments and runs on high. Then a K1 in the tank with good flow and about 20lbs of LR.

Lol, not a problem. He was a few hundred bones but I have seen fish go easily for $1500. For me, he will always be my priciest fish. I won't spend anymore on one...as of now.

Awww squirt! I have one of those two, he's only about 2 inches and was orange but now is white and loves his mollies!
