Bright yellow curly-Q gorgonians

I have no idea if these things are artificially cultured, fake, or just exceedingly rare, but I've seen a few photos on Pinterest of these YELLOW gorgonians that are curled like a spring. I'm really curious as to what they are and where they came from. I see them mostly in nano tanks.

I've enclosed a photo of one. Even if I can't find one that curls, I'd love to have some yellow fuzzy ones like this. They remind me of the purple ones from Florida, but the color is so pretty.

I've snorkeled a lot of Florida reefs and reef flats with tons of Gorgonians and I've never seen one. You might ask Russ at Gulf Coast Ecosystems. He collects and sells lots of Gorgonians and he doesn't have them on his website either.

I'm in the process of establishing my 65g shallow reef as a Gulf of Mexico and Florida Keys only tank and then mostly stuff I collect. I intend to have a number of Gorgonians because I want to have a couple of Flamingo Tongue snails as well, and they only eat Gorgonians! If I could find one of the ones your looking at it would have to go in my main tank or display refugium so the snails couldn't eat it!

Cirrihipathes spiralis a non phytosynthetic species that isn't a gorg, it's a black coral, but shares similar husbandry. Ime they aren't that difficult and can take reasonably large food particles. I knew someone who had a large specimen in a seahorse tank and it used to turn black everytime the seahorses spawned as it caught all the babies.
I'm not sure where you would go to find one in the US but overhere they aren't common but also aren't uncommon.
