i have a red and white bristle worm that is about four and a half inches can some please tell me how to get rid of it thank you

Typically, bristleworms are good for your tank. Certain types, Fireworms, are not. If you can post a picture, someone can tell you if it is good or bad.

I had what I would almost consider plague amounts, a Yellow Coris Wrasse took can of things.

Best way is a trap. You can make one with glass jar with plastic lid. Drill a small hole in the lid, place some bait in it, put the lid back on and place it in the tank so that the worm can get in. After lights out watch for the worm to enter the trap. You can tie some string around the neck of the jar to make it easier to get out once the worm enters.

Just pull the string to lift the jar out.

You can also buy a bristle worm trap for about ten bucks but it isn't much more than a plastic tube with hole on the ends.

Can you get a pic of it? That would help identify it as one or the other. If it is a bristle I’d leave it.
