Bristle worms

I don't know of any sites that sell bristle worms... but its inevitable to get some in your tank if you get some decent live rock from a mature tank. This is the first time i've heard someone looking to buy bristleworms

They're sort of like irises...they grow in everybody's garden and you can't buy one for love nor money. ;)

On the other hand, somewhere in Long Island there's got to be a reefer with an abundance to share.

yeah figured that. The tank is only like 6 months old but i am a loser and stare at it at nite for like a hour and have yet too see one, plenty of other stuff jsut not htem. Thanks guys

Hey that makes two loosers

Hey that makes two loosers

My wife says the same of me, **** I look at my tank for hrs at night, trying to see different things. Cool thing happened last week, I had the flashlight on moving it around and this swimming worm of some type (half inch size) was swimming to the light. Well, my cleaner shrimp was following the worm around and then caught it, slice it and diced it in front of me and the wifes eyes. Now, she too is a looser like me and looks at the tank at night. Strange things out there. Anyhow, your bristle worms are probably underneath your rock. You probably have them, when they get tired of the underneath you will see them. Mike

I've had my tank up for 9 months now and just started seeing them two weeks ago. The only time I see mine is about 5 minutes after I feed. I'll see them reaching out from under the rock and grabbing the food.

I've never purchased any, but keep an eye on these forums, I've seen people selling them on here before for very cheap.
