bristleworm question

just wondering, do bristleworms breed in your tank?
if so do they ever reach plague proportions?

I have them in my reefs, but never had a problem due to the number.

also how bad do their stings hurt and are they poisonous? lol......just wondering

Yeah they breed but since they only eat leftover food and such they'll only grow in numbers to the degree that you overfeed. I've only been stung/poked/whatever once and it barely hurt but your experience may be different.

cool..o so they are like malaysian trumpet snails n freshwater.....feed a bunch and you will get overwhelmed.feed just right and they benifit the tank.
