Bristleworms?! friend or foe?

I have had my 180 gallon tank set up for almost 2yrs. I just noticed a few small bristleworms (atleast thats what I assume they are) a couple of weeks ago and now they are everywhere! I have never had this problem before, will they eat my coral?! Do they cause any other threats? I bought a bristle worm trap, but to no avail. I will try and get a good pic of one of them, but they are grey with white bristle running down each side and bright pink in coloration at each end. Hope that helps a little, any info will help!

Be glad. They're good guys. WIthout them, corals have a harder time finding food, since fish poo doesn't produce particles the right size until it passes through a bristleworm gut. Their spines hook into the ridges of our fingers, but will not harm a coral.

When I started to get too many I just cut down on feeding them. Only be concerned if you have really big ones. A moderate amount of little ones are good to have. I have seen small ones living right next to my ricordeas without any problems.
