Brittle Star?- Bad?

Hi,
I'm cycling a new nano tank and as I go to bed I see a brittle star on the side of the glass (kind of tan/white). Not all that unusual as we have them in our older tank, maybe 1 inch tip to tip or smaller. Assumed hitchikers on the rock since we never bought any.

But this guy was huge! Probably 3 inches or more tip to tip.

I'm assuming it will be fine to keep in this tank? Its a nano so it will be smaller fish plus zoas, mushrooms, some SPS and smaller LPS corals.

I believe it should be fine. I have a bunch of them in my 20 gal and I haven't noticed anything missing that shouldn't be. I have read about a green brittle that you have to watch out for though.

lol, yes the green brittle star of mine was over 10 inches and did get hungry from time to time
