Broken clips on 6025..

Is it common for the 4 clips that attach the pump to the magnet to break off? I bought 2 6025 about 2 months ago and found 1 of them completely broken off. Anyone else in here with that problem. I went ahead and just superglue the attachment.

It seems to be a common problem. If you contact Roger, he will send out a replacement. I had the same thing happen, and didn't think it was worth the time for a new piece, so I superglued mine as well.

I just took mine out to clean them and I'm down to one tab on my 6045 and two tabs on my 6025. Kinda a bummer. I'm going to pm Roger so I can get some replacements.

Yeah major bummer, been threw 2 myself. Roger is great but I give up on these things. I superglued them a month ago. No more tab problems.

We are changing the design but it will take a few months to implement. For now I can say that it has been proven to me that the clips are strong when well made. The problem is there is not much margin for error. If the machine gets too hot or the plastic is a hair to thin they break. If you send a PM with a name and address I will send replacements.

Roger- Thanks for the offer but I just super glue it. I don't want to take a chance of it breaking off again and shooting all the water out of the tank. I am actually in the market for another 6025.
