Broken Stream 6201 and Wavebox?

Roger,

Both my Stream 6201 and Wavebox is broken after only being in used for less than 3 months. I bought both units in China and have since return back to them and they claim that they have return back to Germany for repairs but somehow I can't get a definate answer on when it will be back. Been close to 2 months now and was wondering if you have a contact in Germany that I can contact?? e-mail perhaps to see how much longer it will take?

You can email the factory from the tunze website, if you use the info.english@tunze.com email all those emails come to me. Use the info.deutsch@tunze.com to reach the factory.

Well I defiantly will be using the English website. Can I tell you the serial no of these items and you can check the statues for me??

I cannot, if you PM me the info of the dealer who sent it in, your address and your email address and exactly what you sent in. I will email the technician and see if he has done the repair yet or received the item but they have only production dates, not serial numbers and we wouldn't be able to track it by that. You can write in English to info.deutsch@tunze.com, all the people who get the emails speak english but that way it will go direct to the factory.
